| Bio: | I was born in Britain in February 1981. I still live there 'cause, let's face it, I don't get out much. I am multi-fannish, and some of those fandoms include (but are not limited to): Farscape, Hellblazer, Batman, Final Fantasy, Lost, Eureka, Firefly, and the X-Men. I still maintain a lot of love for The X-Files, although I haven't talked about it in years (changing that, and sadly it's taken the second film coming out to do it). I talk about Final Fantasy a lot. Really. It's like I'm obsessed or something ;) Some fandoms I love, but just am not really active in include (but, again, are not limited to): Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Tekken, and BtVS. My interest in music is wide and varied. I will listen to anything once, and the stuff I listen to more than once covers many genres. I can't say that I like one particular type of music more than another, although I do have a strange love for background music from computer games. My favourite bands/musicians are: A-ha, Queen, U2, Manic Street Preachers, David Bowie. I describe myself as an artist. By this, I mean that I draw stuff, sometimes I paint it, and occasionally, I sculpt it. You can check my stuff out at my website or on my deviantART gallery (some stuff is the same on both places, but there is varying stuff between the two, I promise). I indulge in fanart when the mood takes me, but it doesn't turn out well always. What you can see on my galleries is stuff I think has worked. Heh. I create more original stuff though. Which is good, 'cause I can sell that. I write from time to time, mostly fanfic. I've written more stuff than you'll ever find on the internet, but that's because I took a lot of it down at some point in the dim and distant past. I resurrect some of it from time to time, so that people can comment because I am, as they say, a feedback h0r. I do write my own stuff. It's all very long and hardly any of it is finished. I'm extremely picky about who I let read it. Sometimes I write poetry, too, but that's rare, and it's unlikely you'll have ever seen any of that. I can speak three languages besides English (French, Japanese, Welsh - in order of proficiency), but am fluent in none of them. I also know smatterings of gawd-only-knows how many others. To say I like languages is not incorrect. I also love words. And books. Addendum: I am now learning German, in my spare time, teaching myself. As you may have gathered from my above fandom lists, I like playing games, be they on console or PC. I own a GameCube, a PS1, a PS2, a Game Boy, and a GameBoy Advance, as well as a defunct Commodore 64 and a Dragon 64 (which does work). My favourite games are: Resident Evil (entire series), Final Fantasy (ditto), Bust-A-Move, Sherlock, and Sonic the Hedgehog. I collect comics, especially X-Men and Hellblazer. I also have a very small collection of manga. But I'm aiming to change that (and looking for a mansion to live in to store all the bloody stuff). I like puzzles, which is probably why I watch a lot of crime drama and play puzzle games. However, I am easily irritated and wont to give up if I can't get it right straight away. I get super annoyed if I get it wrong. I also like to watch medical dramas, wildlife programs, and sometimes brainless crap like Charmed. My father was always of the opinion that I am ruled by the television, but this is patently untrue. I am ruled by my computer and the intarweb. Joss Whedon pwnz my soul, and Daniel Jackson my heart. If I were a tarot card, I'd be the Fool. If I could meet anyone in the world, I would like it to be Neil Gaiman. I do not mind comment spam in the slightest, so go ahead and spam me, baby.
